Tapio Glass Collection, designed by Tapio Wirkkala,1952, is considered synonymous with timeless Finnish form. With his mastery of glass blowing, Tapio Wirkkala was able to capture a single air bubble inside the glasses heavy stem. The bubble now represents the unique, distinctive style, which has become his trademark. Tapio is formed with a gently curved stem that fits comfortably into the hand, and looks beautiful on the table.
