Eames House Bird, an Appalachean folk art sculpture, brought back from one of their many travels, was featured prominently in the Eames House. The simple but striking form in black wood, an expression of their love of folk art, fit so well in their interior design, as pictured in many of their photographs.
Eames House Bird is produced by Vitra in solid alder wood with a black lacquer finish. The feet are produced in steel.
