Tipo Rollerball, designed by Wolfgang Fabian, not only writes as smoothly as one would expect from a Lamy pen, but Tipo Rollerball also employs an intelligent anti-stain system. Instead of a cap, an integrated clip-push mechanism has been installed to protect the rollerball tip. Just press to retract the tip, press again to extend. The clip is only apparent when the tip is retracted, and Tipo may be safely clipped onto a purse, bag, or pocket.
