Shiba Cookware is designed to provide years of use and enjoyment. It is produced of high quality multiply AISI 430 aluminum and 18/10 stainless steel with pot handles of Bakelite. Shiba Casseroles are also available with beautiful handcrafted maple wood handles and knobs.
For healthy cooking Naoto Fukasawa designed Hiba Wood, which fits into the covered casseroles, for steaming delicate vegetables.
