Double Bowl, designed by D’Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi, 2002, provides a functional and beautiful addition to the Alessi collection. When viewed free of contents, Double Bowl creates a unique visual experience where the depth of the bowl cannot be understood without physically interacting with the piece. When used for dining, the double wall of the bowl acts as an insulator, keeping the contents at a regulated temperature. Double Bowl, produced in mirror-polished stainless steel, is an elegant functional table sculpture, and a perfect gift.
