You may login using your email address and chosen password to view order history, print receipts, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order.

sales tax
arango-design.com is located in Miami, Florida and charges 7% sales tax on  orders shipped within Florida. No sales tax is charged when shipping to all other states within the United States or to locations outside the U.S. arango-design.com expects you to comply with current laws in your state regarding purchases over the internet.
 
returns
Merchandise purchased from arango-design.com may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery only if accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition and in the original packaging. Returns must be authorized by a store manager. Contact arango design store to receive a return authorization number ( RA#), the RA# must be displayed on the mailing label. Returns received without authorization may be refused or if accepted, will be subject to 25% restocking fee. Non-stock items and special order items are not returnable. Returns must be properly packed and sent to: arango design store 7519 sw 88 street, dadeland mall, miami, fl 33156. Refunds may be issued at our discretion as an arango credit or in same tender as original purchase. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.

arango credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credits are forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 3 days of delivery or they will not and cannot be processed. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice, should a product be listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect value.
