Romeo Soft Suspension Lamp, designed by Philippe Starck, 1996, was one of the first designs in the iconic Romeo lighting collection. The suspension lamp has an inner diffuser produced with acid-etched pressed borosilicate glass, and a pleated fabric shade.
The lamp is supported by 3 steel cables, in addition to the cord, all fitted to the ceiling with a pressed galvanized steel fitting covered with a 6.8" diameter ceiling plate of white injection-molded ABS plastic. Romeo Soft Suspension Lamp provides a diffused light and is available in 2 sizes: S1 / 13.4" diameter, S2 / 19.7" diameter.
The elegant Romeo collection, suitable for residential and public spaces, also includes table and floor lighting with glass, fabric and colorful polycarbonate shades.
