The Nuvem Round Basket series, designed by Humberto and Fernando Campana, was originally made by hand at the Estudio Campana in Sao Paulo. In collaboration with Alessi through innovative manufacturing techniques the Nuvem Basket retains its handcrafted quality. The light basket (nuvem is Portuguese for cloud) is made with anodized aluminum wire randomly tangled, flattened and molded, the process allows the basket to be mass produced making it attainable for everyone.
