Miss K Table Lamp, designed by Philippe Starck, 2003 – 2004, is elegantly produced with a body of injection-molded PMMA. The lamp body’s slender form supports an innovative polycarbonate double diffuser, with an outer shade finished in a high-vacuum process rendering an aluminum appearance, but switch Miss K’s light on and a curved inner diffuser, housing a 100 watt halogen bulb, glows. The Light is controlled with an on-cord dimmer switch.
