The Fresco High Chair, designed by Simon May, is designed with safety, comfort and aesthetics in mind. The award-winning (Dutch Design Award 2006 and Kind+Jugend Innovation Award 2006) Fresco High Chair’s cocoon formed seat has several positions designed to cradle the newborn baby, and seat toddler or child up to 79 pounds. The polyethylene seat is equipped with a comfortable pad and 5 point safety harness with adjustable shoulder straps. The seat pad is available in 5 vibrant colors of micro suede, and 3 colors of leatherette, both easy to clean. The high chair has an adjustable tray intended for eating, plus a larger second tray intended for playing, painting, and drawing. Both trays are removable and dishwasher-safe. The chair’s height is easily adjusted with pneumatic lift, allowing it to be pulled right up to the dining table during meal times. The seat has a 360º swivel mechanism and a unique removable/adjustable foot-rest for comfort. The sturdy base is engineered to prevent tipping. The high chair makes it possible for the child to participate equally with the rest of the family.
